Casanova - This one's about all those women out there that are just great at being teases, but specifically from the male point of view of course! It's the thought that every guy gets when he sees an attractive girl…that he can rock her world better than anyone ever has…just like the legendary lover himself. Musically, this was the first original song we worked on together when we started the band. –Choy

Dead @ 21 - I was bored at work one day and in my "outlaw mode" from having watched the movie Young Guns the previous night and decided to do a little research on Billy the Kid. After about an hour or so on the internet I came up with the lyrics of what would become "Dead at 21"…as that was the age Billy was killed. The origins of this song actually came from a previous band that Mike and I were in, we liked the music and the other guys in Diablo did too so we kept it in the repertoire while we were writing songs. –Choy

Don’t Mind Me –Choy wrote this and I just added to it. It's about nothing in particular; it's one of those songs that you can give your own meaning to...so have fun! –Adrian

Remedy - This one is based on my religious beliefs, but I was really surprised when a friend of mine told me that the song really hit him because his girl was really stubborn. It was weird and funny, so I was like, yeah exactly, that's what the song means. So I guess it's another one of those songs you can give a meaning to yourself. -Adrian

Overloaded - This one is about drug addiction, just how some people abuse drugs to the point where they can't take it anymore but they still do it. -Adrian

Hooked - I wrote this about a friend of mine who was hooked on drugs, he wanted to quit but he couldn't, his body was so dependent on drugs he couldn't live a day without them. He went to rehab and all, came back clean and now is addicted again...not on drugs but on being healthy. He's now a marathon runner. -Adrian

Crank It Up - This one is about a girl I know who's really insecure. She constantly talks shit about everyone, hatin' and all, but really deep inside she just does that because she doesn't want people to look at her and be criticized. The chorus of this song is me telling that person to be herself and not to hide behind other people's flaws. -Adrian

Bad Luck - As you guys can see, I write pretty straightforward lyrics, because I want people to just grasp and feel the songs instead of having to figure shit out and needing the lyrics to be deep to appreciate them. Like this song is called "Bad Luck" and it's pretty self-explanatory, but I could've made it a little harder for you guys and titled it "Stuck In The Vortex Of Misfortune". Basically the song is a compilation of bad experiences in my life. -Adrian

Hair Of The Dog - If you don't know this expression...well let's just say you WILL if you hang out with us long enough 'cause we're all about getting smashed and having a good time! And that's also what this song is about...well I guess it's really about what happens AFTER! -Adrian
