Tour

Closing Down Snitch, Literally

Snitch has been a good club for us but it closed on May 3rd. We squeezed in a last minute show with our friends from NJ, Hostel, Inc. The show went off without a hitch and had everyone wondering “Why are they closing this place?”

Charity Show To Take Back NY

Our friends at the Sweatshop, where we rehearse, hooked us up with this show. It’s called Take Back New York and is put on by Queen V. All proceeds were donated to Axis of Justice (www.axisofjustice.org) and Picture the Homeless (www.picturethehomeless.org).

Philly – Sweeney’s

So, we were all set to go and at 4:30, Jason’s car got towed. Not wanting to cancel the show, we managed to find a last minute rental and hauled ass down to Sweeney’s. The rest of the night ran like clock work. It was a killer set in front of some new fans.

Unplugged and NJ

This was the most fun we’ve had in a while. On Fri night we hit the stage with Receptor, but left our amplifiers at home for an all acoustic show. It took a minute to get used to hearing the crowd while we were playing. The crowd reception was great, we’ll definitely be doing more of these. Sat night went well also, hitting the stage with Bleud in NJ for Fil-Am rock night.

5th Rock Asylum

Our 5th Rock Asylum. What else can we say? This show is always one of the best ones that we play. The bands are strong and the fans eat up the music. This one was no exception. ZO2 put on a kick ass show as usual. And one of our awesome Ohio fans flew out for the show.

Supporting the Hostel Water Tour In NJ

This show was put together by Chigger from Hostel, Inc and our fellow Brooklyn brothers, Black Water Rising. We hit NJ on the heels of a blizzard of sorts but that didn’t stop the bands or the fans. We rocked until 3 am and woke up with hangovers at some time the next day. Look for a repeat performance on May 2nd (but probably without the blizzard).

Free Booze and Rock at Crash Mansion

You gotta love this place. You get in free, and they stuff you full of as much vodka as you drink for an hour. Not to mention the music. We had a blast playing with Paper Doll, Grey Tide from Syracuse, NY, Super Potent Death Baby and My Uncle The Wolf. As an aside, Mike and the drummer from Paper Doll, Chip had met a while back and had no idea that they would be playing the same stage. It was like...[Read More]

Hitting Industrial Park, NJ

This was our 3rd trip to NJ. This time, we played a club called The Blue Room. We thought we were on at 8:45, so we showed up at 8, but there was a schedule mixup and we actually went on at around midnight. So we hung out at AJ’s next door to keep warm. Adrian’s crew from BinkY*BiancA stuck around and had a great time.

Holiday Acoustic Benefit Show At Piano’s

This was our first ever acoustic show. Mike had the night off and spent some time playing ping pong then filmed the entire show. Receptor set this show up to benefit The Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Receptor hopped on stage after us and closed out the night with Tone singing Jingle Bell Rock with Cherieoke and Eric and Mike playing tambourine.

Toys For Tots Meets The Rock Asylum

This was our 4th appearance at this monthly festival this year. As usual, it was a blast. Wet Coma kicked things off and set a great tone for the night. We were also joined by Blue Fire from Erie, PA. ZO2 did something special and had their fans singing their songs. Jason and Adrian got up there, sang a little and played guitar as well. NY Rocks TV was on hand to film the whole thing.

The Return To Dingbatz, Clifton, NJ

A charity gig to fight autism, we were one of 10 bands that rocked the place and helped raise money to fight this horrendous disease. Thanks to all who braved the cold and bad road conditions for coming out, and we’ll see you all back at Dingbatz in January or February.
